Hannah

Hannah is a Clinical Soft Tissue Therapist with over ten years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and achieve their sports and wellbeing goals. Having worked throughout the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, she has treated clients of all ages and backgrounds, from those managing everyday aches and pains to professional athletes competing at the highest level.

With a strong focus on individualised care, Hannah enjoys supporting people through every stage of life and activity. Her clinical interests include hands-on soft tissue recovery, chronic pain management, performance enhancement, and supporting clients to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Drawing on her background as a professionally trained dancer, Hannah has a strong understanding of the benefits of movement, balance, and the importance of caring for the body inside and out. This foundation continues to influence her approach to treatment, allowing her to combine hands-on therapy with practical guidance around mobility, stretching, recovery, and self-care.

Alongside her work within the Northern Beaches community, Hannah has extensive experience in professional sport. Most recently, she spent two seasons as Head Sports Massage Therapist for Sydney FC, travelling with the team throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. She also works as a Senior Sports Massage Therapist with the Manly Sea Eagles, supporting athletes with performance, recovery, and injury management.

Hannah values building genuine relationships with her clients and is passionate about helping people achieve long-term wellness and resilience. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with education and practical strategies to support lasting results.

Having called the Northern Beaches home for the past three years, Hannah loves the area's coastal lifestyle and strong sense of community. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys walking, dancing, and making the most of the beautiful local coastline.
